LISA-France (09-10 May)

The traditional LISA-France meeting which gathers twice a year the members of the LISA-France consortium (which come from 9 French laboratories: APC, ARTEMIS, IAP, IPhT, LAPP, LPC2E, LUTh, ONERA, SYRTE) will be focused this time on the recent developments in the LISA program: the proposal of a European-led mission within the budgetary constraints of ESA and European member states. The first afternoon will be devoted to a presentation of the mission concepts presently studied and a discussion of their science case. More information...

Workshop on Gravitational Waves and Matter Wave Interferometers (18-19 May)

This short informal workshop will be devoted to discussing the potential of matter wave interferometers to detect gravitational waves. More information....

Cargese School on Gravitational Waves (23-28 May)

The school program consists of essentially two parts : one devoted to the theoretical grounds of gravitational waves, the astrophysical sources and waveform models, the other more focused on detection principles and analysis methods. This school takes place in Cargese (Corsica). More information...

LTPDA Parameter Estimation Workshop (7-9 June)

The workshop will group members of the LISAPathfinder LTP Data Analysis team and will focus on the modeling of the LTP + Feeps system and the parameter estimation methods that are presently being developed (Linear and Non-Linear X2 minimization, Markov Chain Monte Carlo, ...).

Workshop on Cosmological Frontiers in Fundamental Physics (14-17 June)

The purpose of this informal workshop is to discuss and exchange ideas on recent developments at the interface of modern cosmology and fundamental physics. This workshop is the fifth in a series organized jointly by the Perimeter Institute (Waterloo, Canada), the International Solvay Institutes (Brussels, Belgium) and APC. A special focus on gravitational waves has bee chosen this year where the workshop takes place in APC. More information...
