About Me
Director of Research at CNRS
Coordinator of the Neutrino Group at Laboratoire AstroParticule et Cosmologie.
Fields of research: experimental neutrino physics and direct dark matter search.
Research interests: Solar physics, neutrino oscillations, underground physics, low background detectors, direct dark matter search.
MVM Project: the Mechanical Ventilator Milano is a novel mechanical ventilator designed for mass scale production in response to the COVID-19 pandemics
Experiments: Borexino, Double Chooz, DarkSide.
Co-Principal Investigator of ARIS, a small scale liquid argon double-phase TPC, designed to characterize the scintillation and ionization responses to low energy nuclear recoils. ARIS is funded by the LabEx UnivEarthS with the "JE2" program, whose I am the coordinator.
Coordinator of the NuToPs project (ANR JCJC), R&D for improving the anti-neutrino signature in scintillators.
